Happy (Pot) Pi(e) Day!!!

In honor of 3.14, I decided to make pot pie for dinner! The recipe is a modified version of the Winter Vegetable Potpie recipe from Vegan Planet. The "pie" is filled with potatoes, carrots, onion, veggie broth (with other additions), peas, and Morningstar crumbles. The crust turned out a bit "rustic" (aka "a crumbly mess"), but it was still yummy.
