Last night I made stromboli for the first time. It was based on the recipe from Vegan Lunch Box Around the World, but with different veggies (and with cheese). I made mine with zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and mozzarella. I thought it was going to explode in the oven, but it was still basically sealed up.
I highly recommend Vegan Lunch Box Around the World (and veganlunchbox.blogspot.com)!

Ooo, that sounds good! My sister-in-law is vegan; I'll have to ask her if she's tried that cookbook.
Oh boy I love stromboli (and I'm vegan). I have that cookbook but I still have never made anything out of it.
